Patricia Swenson is focused on interior design + design psychology, and more specifically how occupant productivity can be enhanced through the design of a space. She believes the impact a building has on the environment is not only important for our earth, but also for the occupants.
Eco-consulting will make a difference to the Phoenix metro area by reducing the impact each business has on our valuable resources and by incorporating our abundant resources into the design of each building. These factors will not only help to decrease utility costs, but also aid in increasing the productivity of occupants.
Patricia holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Saint Thomas, Saint Paul, Minnesota, along with a B.A. in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona. In 2009, she became a LEED AP Interior Design + Construction, which allows her to consult and complete documentation for LEED buildings for certification through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
Patricia has a passion for civic, corporate and education design projects because of the important role they hold for communities to flourish.

Now having lived in the valley for 16 years and earning a master’s degree in Architecture with the current emphasis on sustainable design we hope that he can bring this green attitude to our future endeavors. Chuck will also be helping us with photography as we need it whether it is to document what we have done or show a new client what we can do for them.

Javier took to the sustainability movement through his experiences with his other company, which he is a partner in, Home Repairs and Remodeling, LLC. It grew as his company completed more and more "Green" remodeling projects. He has been studying to earn his LEED AP credentials since 2009. His next step is becoming a LEED Green Associate this year.
His 4 year education/experience at the United States Naval Academy, and subsequent B.S. degree from Barton College majoring in Political Science instilled in him traits he uses in business to this day. Enthusiasm, taking the initiative, and being persistent keeps him moving forward. Smart business practices and being fiscally responsible with the environment go hand in hand. Javier is focused on spreading these sound principles across the valley, and bringing eco-conscious consumers and businesses together.
